An open house Retirement Celebration will be held for Shirley Muchow on Tuesday, January 15 from 4:00-6:00pm. Shirley worked at the Board of Health for over 35 years and would like to celebrate with you at Effingham County Health Department, 901 West Virginia Ave in Effingham.
