St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital is offering a Labor & Delivery Class III Monday, December 10. This class begins at 6:30 p.m. in the Auditorium. Pre-registration is required. This class informs participants of the support person's role during labor and delivery and provides an opportunity to practice various breathing and relaxation techniques which will be useful during labor.
St. Anthony's also offers a free weekly e-newsletter Precious Beginnings for expectant and new parents customized with information, news and resources from prenatal through baby's first year. Expectant parents can enroll online at St. Anthony's Website to start receiving the weekly parenting e-newsletter.
