Have you experienced loss through the death of a loved one or friend? HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital is offering a program called “Healing the Grieving Heart” for adults who have experienced this type of loss and who need help coping with the grieving process.

This five-week program begins on Tuesday, April 2 and concludes on Tuesday, April 30. The sessions are on consecutive Tuesdays at 1 p.m. at the St. Anthony’s Health Center – Building B in Effingham. The group will meet in the second floor Conference Room. Throughout the program, individuals focus on goals that help them understand their grief so they can begin to reconstruct their lives.
