The Effingham Downtown Business Group will be hosting their annual trick or treat event on Saturday, October 27th from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. We encourage parents to bring their kids downtown to trick or treat in a safe environment. Participating business will have a “color” balloon in front of their store. The area includes business located along Jefferson Avenue starting at Martin’s IGA down towards the Courthouse Museum |
