The 2012 East Central Illinois Walk to Defeat ALS will be held Saturday, October 20 at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center. Registration begins at 9 a.m. and the Walk begins at 10 a.m. To register as a Walk Team, go online to www.alsastl.org and click on Events and Promotions/3rd Party Event or phone Peggy Woods at 217-254-2281. Funds raised in the 10-county area of Clark, Coles, Crawford, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar, Effingham, Jasper, Moultrie and Vermilion go to help local patients. |
