The Effingham County HCE ladies, along with the University of Illinois Extension Effingham County 4-H program will be hosting this event at the University of Illinois Extension office in Effingham County. The office is located at 1209 Wenthe Drive, Effingham, IL.
This workshop is for youth and adults too! You will master the simple techniques used for transforming royal icing and sugar cookies into edible art. The Effingham County HCE ladies will walk you through the steps for incorporating colors into icing and creating professional-style designs. Make new friends while discovering your inner cookie artist and amaze your family and friends with your stunning creations.
