Craft Class at Effingham Park District will be Owls Monday, July 23. Session I is from 1-2:30 p.m. or Session II is from 3-4:30 p.m. This is for kindergarten through 11-year-olds at the Ron Diehl Center. Cost is $8.

All participants must pre-register and make payment prior to attending park district programs. Contact the park office at 342-4415 for further information or check out the website at www.effinghamparkdistrict.org.
