At this Tuesday's City Council meeting discussion will continue on the proposed use of the Austin Mansion located at 1007 South Fourth Street in Effingham.

The new owner of the property, Mrs. Billi Jansen, is wishing to utilize the building in conjunction with her business Walnut Street Weddings.

Some neighbors have voiced concern about the proposed use of the property. Jansen however is hopeful of gaining permission to host outdoor weddings on the property grounds.
