The Effingham Noon Rotary Club took a trip to Italy during their meeting September 18...vicariously, of course.

Effingham native Holly Bray took Rotarians on the trip, based on photos and remembrances of her journey as part of a Rotary Group Study Exchange or GSE to Genova and Turino, Italy.  The GSE has been a way for people from countries to travel to other nations and make friendships that in many cases last a lifetime.  It's part of Rotary's mission to promote peace and understanding between nations.

Holly was the guest of Past District Governor and Noon Club member Ron Schettler.
