Effingham Noon Rotarians learned more about the Effingham 2050 Comprehensive Plan process at their meeting March 12.

Effingham City Planner Greg Koester shared about the several months' process to this point, with hopes the plan will be ready by the end of the year.

Noon Rotarian Steve Miller, who serves as Effingham City Administrator, served as weekly program chairman.
