Cowden-Herrick Board Approves Contract Extension for Superintendent Schuler

Cowden-Herrick school board members have approved a three-year contract extension for Superintendent Seth Schuler.
Schuler has served as Cowden-Herrick superintendent since 2018.
The Board also accepted the resignation of Lindsay Sarver as long-term substitute teacher at the end of the school year, and approved a resolution for dismissal of Barbara Lawyer at the end of the school year.
Board members set new substitute and officials pay rates. and authorized the purchase of a used minivan and a new van, and authorized the trade-in of used vehicles.
The Board also approved the calendar for the coming school year, and approved Josh Dunaway's mowing proposal. It was also decided to post for summer maintenance help to staff members first.
