Stevens Industries Acquires Assets of Georgia-Based Company

Stevens Industries, Inc., a major manufacturer of Commercial Cabinetry, Furniture and Laminated Panels acquired the assets of Design Tex Cabinetry, a Cabinetry and Millwork Manufacturing Company.

Design Tex Cabinetry, headquartered in Suwanee, Georgia, is located in the growing Southeastern United States. Combining the strengths of Design Tex with Stevens will enable the companies to serve an expanded geography and service the growing population in the Southeast.

Closing date on the transaction was February 12, 2025.

Design Tex currently employs a staff of approximately 35 employees including sales, engineering, casework production, millwork production, and installation.
