January Trial Date Set in Cumberland County Murder Case

A January 21st trial date has been set for Cumberland County murder suspect Lonnie Glidewell.

The 49-year-old Glidewell is charged with the August 2022 shooting death of 36-year-old Colten Oakley of Westfield. State police found Oakley dead outside a residence in Greenup.

Glidewell originally was being held on $1 million bond. When bond was eliminated in Illinois, the Court ordered Glidewell to remain in custody.

The case is next due in court on September 23.
