Broadway Express picked up the trailer used on the Martin's IGA+ parking lot for the "More 4 Moore" effort this past week.  The first place they headed was the scales.

The result?  The trailer, which was jammed with goods when the door was shut for the final time Wednesday evening, contained 38,000 pounds worth of donated items for the tornado victims in the Moore, Oklahoma area.

Better yet, another 3,000 to 4,000 pounds of goods are waiting at Broadway Express to be loaded into a second vehicle that will travel with the semi to Moore.

We told you earlier that more than $10,000 in cash and checks was received during the effort.  That money, less the dollars contributed to pay fuel and toll road charges, is already in the hands of Effingham County Salvation Army and should be on its way to Oklahoma in the next couple of days.

Thanks again for all you did to help with "More 4 Moore".
