(Springfield, IL) -- Illinois lawmakers are leaving Springfield without passing a major pension overhaul. They say the issue is too complex and they want to make sure they get it right to avoid a potential legel fight. Governor Quinn says he's meeting with them next week to hash out a deal. Quinn's proposal dishes out nearly $20,000 a day to pay per diem's to each legislator and more than $20,000 a week for gas mileage.
