Cowden-Herrick school board members accepted a proposal to upgrade the HVAC controls throughout the junior high building at this month's meeting.

The Board extended the Families First Coronavirus Response Act through the end of March, and approved a co-op soccer agreement with the Altamont and Beecher City school districts and with a local private academy.

Board members approved purchasing whiteboards for Herrick Elementary classrooms, and approved a leave for Lisa Borries and a maternity leave for Lesley Conlin, as well as a personal day request for Lisa Steffen.
