Marion Man Arrested by City Police on Drug Charges

A Marion man has been arrested by city police on drug counts.

59-year-old Charles Yoder was arrested after a phone call from a citizen reported what they believe was a hand-to-hand drug transaction.

Yoder was arrested on counts of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and possession of a hypodermic needle, as well as an Illinois Department of Corrections parole hold.

Yoder's bond has been set at $75,000. He is due in court on December 15.
