Effingham Unit 40 Superintendent Mark Doan Monday released information on paper packet drop off plans. Here's his letter:
In consultation with Effingham County Health Department, the following plan will be used to collect paper packets through the end of the 2019-20 school year in Unit #40. This plan will be utilized for grades 6-12 only. The school district will continue to evaluate and make adjustments as needed.
The District wishes to stress that there are other, more timely methods to return student work. The District asks that everyone attempt the other avenues listed below prior to dropping off paper packets.
