Amanda Settle is one of the people in charge of the Effingham Nutrition Wise operation. Nutrition Wise shares information on meal plans to assist people in eating the diet that will complement their lifestyle and body style. Settle discussed what types of foods should be part of an everyday diet and which should be avoided.

Settle also touched on her husband's service as leader of the Illinois National Guard contingent serving in the Middle East, as well as her profession as a ballerina when she was younger.

Jeff Bloemker served as Rotary weekly program chairman.

The Rotary weekly student guest was Kaitlyn Rogers, daughter of Paul Rogers and a senior at St. Anthony High School.
