A Shelbyville woman has been sentenced to two years in prison for violating her probation.

29-year-old Kelsey Agney had originally been placed on 30 months' probation for attempted aggravated battery and threatening a public official in November 2018. Last March, a petition to revoke Agney's probation was filed since she had failed to submit to drug and alcohol screenings.
