South Central Board Considers Retirements

The South Central Board of Education considered retirements of personnel at Wednesday's meeting.

Those retirements include that of Superintendent Rick Batchelor who announced plans to retire at the end of the 2014-2015 school year.  A letter of retirement was also accepted from Barbara Roberts as of the end of the current school year, and the Board accepted the irrevocable letter of intent to retire from Peggy Robb as of the end of the 2016-2017 school year.

The South Central board also approved a leave of absence for Shirley White, and approved a co-op agreement with Patoka in track for the current school year.
