Ministerial Association Ready for Christmas Day Dinner

The 2012 Christmas Day Dinner sponsored by the Effingham Ministerial Association will be held at the Sacred Heart Parish Center.

The dinner will begin at 11:30am at the Parish Center, located just south of Sacred Heart Catholic Church at Fayette and Henrietta.  Everything is provided free of charge by the Ministerial Association, funded by an offering taken at the annual Community Thanksgiving Service.

Volunteers are welcome to assist with preparing and serving the meal, and other volunteers will box meals and deliver them to the homes of those requesting in-home delivery.

Those wishing to make reservations to attend, to have meals delivered, or to volunteer to help should phone the Effingham County Senior Center at 347-5569.  The Center is open weekdays from 8am to 4pm.

Anyone wishing to attend or wanting to help with the dinner is welcome...there are no age or income restrictions.
