I-70 Accident Injures Teen

State Police report at 11:52am Tuesday a truck driven by Kaytlin L. Starwalt, 19, of Avon, Ohio was traveling east bound on Interstate 70, two miles west of Greenup when the truck reportedly experienced an issue with its steering. The vehicle veered to the left off the roadway entering the median. The truck then entered back upon the roadway where Starwalt overcorrected resulting in the vehicle again entering back into the median resulting in the truck rolling over onto its top.

Starwalt was transported to HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital in Effingham for treatment of injuries.

Starwalt was charged with improper lane usage.
