Lake Sara Closed Until Further Notice; Flash Flood Warning in Effect

With some areas already seeing more than 3 inches of rainfall, and potentially 2-4 inches more to come through Monday night, Effingham Water Authority Superintendent Mike Dirks announced Saturday evening that Lake Sara is closed to boat traffic until further notice.
