Cooper Named SAMH Hospice Manager

HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital has announced that Jenifer Cooper, MSW, LSW, was recently named the hospital’s new Hospice Manager.

Cooper came to St. Anthony’s in July 2014 as a Medical Social Worker in the newly-initiated Hospice Program. Her background in hospice care includes nine years of experience as a full-time Medical Social Worker. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University and her Master’s Degree in Social Work with a specialization in Community Mental Health from the University of Illinois.
