More information now available on a car crash east of Effingham early Monday morning.

Illinois State Police were notified of the crash at 4:50am along I-70 westbound, five miles west of Montrose. A vehicle driven by 24-year-old Ryan Scott Ulch of Kendallville, Indiana ran off the roadway due to a medical emergency.
