A vehicle rear-ended a grain trailer Monday morning in Jasper County, injuring one driver.

The crash happened just after 8am on Illinois 33, three miles east of the Illinois 49 junction. State police say a vehicle driven by 83-year-old Max Nave of Willow Hill rear-ended the grain trailer being towed by a vehicle driven by 80-year-old Lyle Bailey of Willow Hill.

Nave was injured and was taken to Crawford Memorial Hospital in Robinson for treatment.

Nave was cited for driving while his license is revoked and for failure to reduce speed to avoid the crash.
