Teutopolis Board Not Pleased w/Water Tower Cleaning

The Teutopolis Village Board hired a firm to do a power washing of the village water tower in advance of this month's Terquasquicentennnial Celebration, but they're not happy with the results.

Board members have voiced complaints, so the vendor will return and wash the tower to the Board's satisfaction before he'll get paid.

The Board discussed problems with getting the sidewalk work completed in front of Fuesting's Garage, which was approved earlier this summer, and also met in closed session to discuss a building acquisition. There was no action in open session related to the building acquisition.
