The delivery of a controlled substance trial of Albert Church has been continued to September.
The 23-year-old Church is charged under an accountability theory with notifying a local woman of someone who could supply her with heroin. The woman later died, and authorities say it was due to heroin use.
Church, whose trial was set to begin today, is now slated to be tried on September 2, with a pre-trial hearing set for August 13.
Church remains in jail under $75,000 bond.
