Illinois State Police (ISP) investigators are working with the Rockford Police Department, U. S. Marshals and law enforcement nationwide to locate a person of interest, Terence Doddy, 36, of Rockford, who is a suspect in the murders of Tonya Bargman, 44 of Monticello, IL, on July 1 at the Willow Creek rest stop in Sterling, IL and Todd Hansmeier, 37, that occurred on June 30 in Rockford, IL.

Investigators have issued law enforcement alerts nationwide and police have received numerous tips and leads from the public. Police believe Doddy may be driving Bargman's vehicle, a gray 2013 Nissan Altima bearing an Illinois license plate BERGMN 2.  Doddy might also be in possession of a blue domed-style camping tent.

Anyone with any information or sightings of the vehicle should immediately call 911.

Law enforcement officials continue to urge the public to take the necessary safety precautions when visiting rest stop areas, campgrounds and other outdoor areas during the holiday weekend.
